Airtel service really sucks.. please read thro the complain i have written to airtel.
This is reg the complain no 351900451 had with aravind R and Harsha
Feb
for the month of Feb I paid 712 Rs online (bill no730755194) but the record says that it has been deposited twice.
March
I was surprised to to see my March bill which was just 62 Rs. I did not know about the double payment until this.
April
For april I get a bill of Rs 1, 413.72, which says previous balance is 62 712 Rs.
When I called the customer care they are telling that the 712 Rs was re deposited into my account on 28 March (bank statement attached). but I do not see anything like that in my account.
More over why was this not intimated via sms or from the call center? I get 100 other unwanted calls from you guys? Why was this not taken care..
Overall im sorry to say that you guys are providing worst service..

after this i get calls from airtel to pay 733 Rs.. i.e. deducting the amount that they were claiming they had refunded..
