This is S.R.Poruran. I am the customer of NAGA GAS AGENCY, CHENGALPATTU. I have booked a gas cylinder for my household purpose on 03.10.2011. My Customer id is 26074. Still now i didn't receive my gas cylinder and not even a proper reply from the office. But in the office itself i got the reply that the cylinders were being distributed for the bookings dated 10.10.2011.But my booking is well 1 week ahead of that 10.10.2011. But still i didn't get mine. It is very difficult to manage without gas cylinder. These kind of malpractices have to be curbed at any cost. They are putting me under pressure. I request you to take necessary steps and advise the gas agency to supply the gas cylinders as per the seniority and avoid harassement to the public. Expecting your favourable reply...
