District Forum, South-1, Udyog Sadan, Qutan Institutional Area, New Delhi had passed an order on 2.9.2006 against National Insurance Co. Ltd., D.O.XVII, 12, Community Centre, East of Kailash, New Delhi to pay an amount of 37, 800/- to me. The Insurance Company had filed an appeal in State Commission Delhi, which was rejected by Justice J.D.Kapoor on 9.2.2007. Than National Insurance Co.had filed another appeal in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Janpath Bhawan New Delhi on 7.4.07 but till date no action/order has been passed so far. I had filed the complaint in four years have passed and the Insurace company has not the amount of 37, 800/- despite two orders of District Forum and State Commission.
