Respected sir,

This is with regards to the supply of cylinder,

Sir we had booked the cylinder on 10-3, it was told that we will be reciving it in 12 days when we did not recive the gas even on 23-3 we called up and they said it was already delivered, we went to the office in ballygunge when asked they very rudly said go you will get it tomorrow. We told them it happens always they never bothered and rudely asked us to go. If we try to speak more they say that our connection will be cancelled.

Sir if this is the type of service we get what do u suggest us to do.

Hope u take action against these type of enterprises who spoil the name of the product.
