Gold Chain Not 91.6 KDM

Hi,

I purchased a gold chain from Neelkanth Jewellers and they said it was 91.6 KDM, now the color of the chain has changed to copper color and it is clearly visible.

When I went to the shop, they are not willing to exchange it or return the cash.

I have the original reciept for the article purchased.
