I Mr Nisar Kazi is the legal operater of Siti Cable in our Area (Shivaji Nagar, Lotus Colony, Govandi)
We are paying Entertainment Tax Since 15 Years. We have all kind of licence needed to do this Bussiness.
Now since 2 years Bhawani Cable network has appointed dummy operater (China aslam, Guddu, Raju) in our area for this i have been complaining to tahsildars office since june in reply on 18 march officers from tahsildar office came to our area & cut the cables of Bhawani Cable Network & ceased the amplifier & other equipment used for operating cable.
After two days they again started their cable & they cut my Cable wire in my area & started abusing my workers saying that they will again cut the wires if we try to join it & threating us to kill us.
So we went to local police staion to lodge a complaint against dummy operaters police officer says that we dont have any FIRs from tahsildar so we cant do anything in this case.
Pls guide me what should i do to save my bussiness.
