Poor invertor design and irresponsible manufacture

My Complaint to the Company is Self explonatory,

Dear Sir, Dated: 07/04

Regret to inform that your NEPC invertor-Model :'UPS- VIVO' 800VA/12 V DC with serial No: 'NEPCK08000905/8V installed at my home at following address yesterday (06/04) does not trip and give Beep Alarm when checked for full earth leakage (direct short between House wiring's Earth terminal and Phase terminal) which too a prime requirement to such electrical gagets in safety aspects. The suppier of this unit informs us that this unit does protected for earth leakage, which is not acceptable.

Please consider the above two complaints and do the needful for satisfactory performance of the unit with standard safety measures.
