Net4india.com is a fraud.
We took a new linux package and have not used it.
All we wanted to do is change to the windows platform. I am now asked to pay again for the new package and they will NOT issue me a refund!
I have also sent them emails, called them consistently, butfound their numbers to be busy all the time since the past 2 days.
Here has been my experience with the net4.in web site, when i tried to
get answers
(1) The helpdesk link at the footer does not work
(2) The CRN ID retrirval feature is too confusing to work with and
cannot retrieve the CRN ID
(3) There is no email for help ..and phone lines are for ever busy!!!

The policies page on the company domain url does not have any payment
related terms and conditions set forth and hence find it extremely
misleading!
