This is to inform that we had a central purchase rate contract with M/s Nikhil Footwear Pvt Ltd for past 6 Yrs. There was no issue with the supplies but the last supply of 250 Pairs is not yet made from the company till date. The order has been placed in the first week of March but soon after that the company has stopped responding to our mail, phone calls for supplies. The contact person was Mr Rohit Kumar but it seems he is least interested in supplying shoes. As a result we had to switch over to an alternate brand but sincerely believe that the feedback is necessary for you to solve such issues in near future.
