Dear Sir,

My name is Manju T.R. My vehicle number is KA-04 ES-1963. I had purchased a Herohonda splendor motorcycle from your authorised dealer M/s. Nikhi Motors, Bellary Road, Sadashivanagar, Bangalore on 06/11 and have been servicing the vehicle regularly as per the schedule at your service centre at sadashivanagar (nikhi motors).

I have some problem relating to wheel vobling, low pickup, low milege, handle bend & chain sprocket problem. Infact I had spoken personally about it to the works manager Mr. Armugham.

I am send the vehicle 13th paid service on 12/02. Supervisor Mr. Hari spoking him your vehicle ready @ same day by 6.00pm. I am going to service centre sharp 5.35pm. your supervisor asking him to please wait 1/2 hour in customer lounge. Vehicle ready @ 6.10pm. I am paying bill counter receiving the gate pass.

I am seeing the vehicle bad washing & removing the paint @ gear plate. asking to the supervisor any one person not asking to me @ 10mins. Mr. Girish is asking me very rudly & send the complaint in Herohonda company.

I am not receiving the vehicle in your service centre. Please treat matter urgent. i hope u people are will do reply to this mail. But they have donot reply this mail we are complating the Hero Honda Company.
