Hello,

I have a Airtel Landline connection with Broadband network since 2006.

Now, I have shifted my residance and requested Airtel to cancel my landline connection.

In turn, Airtel offered some concessations to retain the connection and free of cost for shifting with new telephone number.

I have also agreed for the transfer on 18.04.2009.

In the same week, some wiring work is happened in my new residance and they left with incompleted work with a assurance of completing in the next day. Airtel allotted some new numbers twice and when I checked with 121 assistance, I was told that no number was allotted.

After many follow up with 121 and branch office visits, nothing is happened so far.

When ever I contacted the 121, I got a response of the connection will be given with in 24 hours.
