Sent a envelop for Bombay on 2.6.2011. Addressee informed not having recived till 16.6.2011. Trying to contact the people working at Okhla Indl Area - I and the office throughout the day. They are trying to avoid a regular custormer like ours. We have to issue a duplicate cheque in case it is lost. But your site shows having delivered on 6.6.2011. It means it is delivered to a wrong person.
It is very very urgent. Consequences have to be born by you only.
