We had sent a Tender Document thru Blue Dart Courier On 1st Aug'11. the Transit Time shown is 3 days. the Tender opening was on 5th Aug'11.we did follow up the customer care from 3rd Aug'11, 4th Aug and 5th Aug also, but the reply was unable to trace the document. finally today 8th Aug'11 the document reached but no use. Its all over.
I want to know why it got delayed. what happened? why they could not trace the document? why it took 8 days to deliver. (It is good that if I send by post it will reach within 5 days)
