I bought a nokia 2050 CDMA from reliance mobile in BEL road, bangalore... it had major problems... like the battery after charging also doesn back up for more than 3 hours or so... when i went back to the place i bought the cell phone they told me i will have to take it to nokia service centre at malleshwaram and he would take no responsibility of this problem... i request to get my money back or else atleast provide me with a new handset bcoz theres no need for me to pay money and use a repaired phone... i have already given the cell phone to nokia service center and they said it needs 10 days or more to get it repaired and that it needs higher level servicing... i can provide the job sheet number in case u need it... i didnt expect this from nokia... your system of getting the customer involved in manufacturing defect cases are really annoying... i request tat such cases should be left to handle by the dealer other than making us run around for it... please reply as soon as possible...
