Dear Sir,
I have purchased a new Nokia cell phone from Alfa Market, 5/6, Dadi House, Irla Society Road, Vile Parle (w), Mumbai, on 26/10, After 2 days the cell phone was dead so I had approached to BRIGHTPOINT India Pvt. Ltd. for repairs on 29/10 & it was send for replacement.
The details of purchased cell phone are as follows :

After the replacement on 5/10, the cell phone was given in black colour, & same piece was not giving Ringing tone, again it taken to BRIGHTPOINT Service Centre for repairs on 6/10.

As I spoke to the representative of The BRIGHTPOINT Service Centre today, I had informed by them that the cell phone is again sent for replacement. Then I spoke to your representative regarding the same, he said that he will look into the matter.
Now you can make out how many days I have used my cell phone, I am already a wheelchair bound person & again handicapped with cell phone as my all contacts nos. are in phone. From all above history you can understand that it is a manufacturing defect.
I hereby request you to replace my cell phone with a new one (seal packed piece) & with the same colour or replace with other equivalent cell phone or refund the money, which I have purchased on 26/10.
Hope you will do the needful to my grievance.
