Re:- Replacement of Nokia 5310 Batch no. 356817027849659 & lagging of service

I'm a journalist from Kochi, Kerala. I 'm a cusomer of nokia for the last 10 years. I' m shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. The phone also hangs. Keypad doesn't work occassionally. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Somany times the phone got hanged and as a Journalist I felt so many serious probs & worries. When I told abt this to my journalist friends they said that most of the Nokia's new models have similar complaints. Sir, Why this happens to a reputed company like yours.

On May 6th i gave my mobile to Nokia Care at Banerjee Road, Kochi with ASC 412_465550.But when I enquired today they are saying that spare z not available & it may take one more week. I wonder a city like Kochi doesn't have enough spare of Nokia and take so much time to get a spare in this most modern era. Ashamed of you

Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
