Dear Sir,
Ihave purchased NOKIA 5310 XPRESSMUSIC one year back from Pune. Two months back i noticed that the set lost all the memory and the ring tones also diappeared. I gave the cell to NOKIA PRIORITY CENTRE, WANOWARI PUNE FOR REPAIRS.Iwas informed that the sonnd card in defective and needs replacement at a cost of Rs 1000/-.A fter taking 2 months i was informed that the sound grooves are gone bad hence can not be repaired at all, even in nokia workshop. Iam surprised to know how the reputed nokia can say so? You mean to say that a product costing 10000/- that time can only last just one year plus. After taking back the set i have noticed that cell is not functioning at all, Kindly advice immediately else the set will have to be discarded.
