I have bought nokia 7610 supernova handset on 23rd oct.2009 . it does not work properly;it didn't catch any network, so i consulted the shopkeeper.he take my phone and promise me to do something. after 2 days he change the phone with imei no but do not change the battery, which is also not working properly.he says that battery consumption is more in network searching, so there is no need to change the battery.my IMEI no. is 359331/02/977001/9 and type: RM-354 and BATTERY NO.is BL-4S, 3820669347026029438;0670577. The battery is even not working for a day.i have doubt that he had given me fake (duplicate) handset.i have paid him Rs- 9190.what to do next.
