Poor quality of 3110c
I have Purchased My Nokia 3110c on 27/06/2007 vide bill no 5008 from shrinath ji sales karnal. From very next Month it giving problem. Getting restart again & again when insert a memory card. I have scanned the memory card & there is no virus in the memory card. Two times it will restart & third time phone will switched off. Again i have to restart the phone. It will work properly then. If i switch off the phone update the music library, again it will start giving problem. nokia care can't solve the problem within warranty. now three days back i delivered the set in working conditon to upload the software. but they refused to do so. on insisting they ready to upgrade my set but with condition it may get dead and u will be fully responsible for this and the set will be sent on your cost to company. now during the uploading set has be locked/dead. and the nokia care is saying it is tempering set and water is in this set, but to know, it is very shameful excuse for this reputed company like this type of behaviour/excuse rather oblizing to customer comany care centre is threating and saying now no solution will be done by the company. I personally request to the company thr this compaint give proper attention towards the customer problem
this type of bluff does not look nice... it is not he matter of money it will destroy the reputation of the company...pls give proper attention and solve my problem otherwise legal recourse may be intiated my contact is 09416217517
