I would like to bring to your knowledge that Nokia 7310 Supernova model does not function properly. I had bought Nokia 7310c Supernova IMEI:353550028489786 on 31 Oct from Nokia Dealer in New Delhi (N-41, Connaught Circus, New Delhi). Within first 5 months of purchase, the keypad of the phone got infected. Keys 7, 8, 9 of the model had stopped functioning. I got it repaired twice from the same shop in 7 month interval. This is the third time the same keys have stopped working.
My friend had also bought the same phone before me. She experienced the same problem in her phone within first 3 months of purchase (I had already bought the phone by then). I think the model itself has some problem. Since I had spend dear amount on the phone, I would expect full value of return.
I don't want to get my phone repaired 3rd time as it is not sure that the phone will not experience the same problem again. I am a working female. I do not have so much time to roam around your shop again and again. To ensure that I won't have to face these problems in future, I would like to get my entire money back. I don't want replacement of this phone as I had told you that this model itself has some problem.
