HOW NOKIA SERVICE CENTRES MAKE FOOL OF COUSTOMES

I have already lodged lots of complaint against Nextel (Nokia Authorised Service Centre), Meerut (UP). Again I am approaching your to redress my grievances. On 09-09-09 I took my Nokia N-70 to Nextel. I told them that while making or receiving calls the options like contacts, gallery etc get activate automatically. At that time my cell was working properly except the above mentioned fault. They told me that the software of the cell is corrupted and it has to be reload and for that they have to send it to Noida and the charges will be 600/-. I ask them to return my cell to me. They asked me to pay Rs. 100/- against estimation charges. I refused to pay and said “When I have asked to you, you told me that there are no charges for checking, then why you are taking Rs. 100/- from me”. They told me that whenever you come to us for the same problem we will deduct the charges took from you for checking. When I inserted the sim in my mobile at home the mobile’s display didn’t worked. It shows only white screen. I took my cell to Nextel from 09-09-09 to 07-10-09 they just made me a fool. On 08-10-09 I posted a legal notice to Nextel. On 09-10-09 they called me with my cell and told me on phone that they will rectify the problem in cell. But, they again make me a fool. Hence, I am lodging this complaint to you again to redress my grievances.
