I'm a consumer of domestic LPG Gas with HP Gas. The dealer i'm associated M/s ADHUNIK GAS SERVICE, always shows shortage of refill cylinders, which I later came to know is selling the same at rates much higher than the MRP. Even anyone can get the cylinder refill @ Rs.500/- each without booking or sometimes even without a leagal connection. Therefore the regular consumer who is having a legal & only single connection of domestic LPG suffers a lot & this is happening not only to me but with the whole consumers who are associated with this agency & are not willing to pay more than MRP.
Apart from this, even after waiting for long, if someone tries to get his right to have refill once in a month, at prescribed rates, the staff including the owner of the agency misbehaves & humiliates the consumer, to make him wait till long or to make him leave the idea of having a refill on time.
I'm left with no other option than to contact you since we, the consumers, are being harrassed in this way for a period of over two years.
Hope that you will help us in our tough times of struggling with the dealer who is black marketing our legal & rightful connection of domestic LPG refills
