Deffective product sold to me
Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased an adidas T-shirt from the showroom located at ferozepur cantt.pin-152001 Punjab india. during the time of purchase they donot told me reg. this fact that these pieces are deffected and due to this comp. given discount. no pumpflet was there in this regard. but while using it for two days i came to know that the piece is deffecected. There was manufacturing deffect in swing. when i complaint about it they agreed that the this piece is deffective now they haven't replaced my t-shirt.i visited 1 time to the store and even talked to the Sales Manager (Mr. Rahul) phone no.01632-503293 not helped me at all, they are not ready to refund my money. I want to replace that t-shirt but sales manager show me a small pumpflet and forced me to pay more for same t-shirt is with same show room .if my t-shirt will not replaced with same cost or not refund my money i shall never purchage any item of adidas and i will tell my every known person in this regard. I visited the store they said we will call u when we will have the stock and same t-shirt is with them.do let me know what can i do now?
