I have purchased two flats from Adinath Developers. It is been one year now that after having been told numerous time the work is not been completed no actions has been taken. Moreover, the developer is busy in selling and completing the new project leaving the uncompleted work behind. Can I get a stay order to stop is activities until unless he does not complete the work. Please advice with the procedure.
