521 & 580 DTC Buses are not available

Dear Sir,

I have logged in complaints many times for non-availability of buses on 521 & route.

I have logged in complaints DTC Complaint Centre but no action till now. I am totally fed with the action of DTC officer. I have logged also RTI in 31/12. After RTI I came to know that there are many buses are available but when I inspected there no time table for DTC buses. There is not sufficient buses are available on these routes. From RTI I cam to know that Ambedkar Nagar Depot, Sriniwas Puri & Kalkajai Depot are responsible for running buses on these routes. I know one import fact there that RTV –F404, F401 Owner give bribe to DTC booth Time Keeper of Amb. Nagar Sec-5. So that bus will not run on 521 route & 580 route.

In met with Mr. Suresh Gupta (Chief General Manager DTC I.P. Estate) on Feb. I also me with Mr. D.S. Sharma of Ambedkar Nager Depot. They assured me to smooth Services on these routes but there is no action. Yesterday I talked to Mr. Sharma that whether he will provide buses on these routes or not. He said buses are only for 522, 419 & 423 routes not for 521, 580 routes.

Kindly look into the matter. Pls take initiative to ensure proper service on 521 & 580 Routes.
