I have bought a NOKIA E-90 mobile in Jan. After using it for 2 days, i got the problem with mic of that handset. I complaint the same to NOKIA SERVICE CENTER IN JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI. Theysthen took my handset and said they will repair and and give me back after 4 days. When i went to the service center after 4 days they said it has gone to head office and will take around 1 more week. Then again after 1 week i went there and they told me that it is still in repairing and will take some more days.
Anyways after 35days i got my handset exachange with a used handset.
Exactly after 3 days there was the same problem of MIC in the exchanged handset. Now i was frustrated and went back to the service center, they again said they will take 1 more week to check it. But it is aldy 10 days passed away and i have not got my HANDSET back.
I have bought this HANDSET for RS. 35400/-. I am really surprised with the quality and behaviour of NOKIA.
Kindly let me know what should i do and who will solve my problem. s
