Service Problems From Nokia Care Cente

I own a N73M Nokia phone set which I delivered to Roop Rang Telecom, Nokia Care centre for few technical issues which are keypad keys do not work and enhancement connectivity port not working. They informed me that my set is corrected and asked me to collect it on 25th aug, 09.When iwent there to collect my set I saw that it was not corrected and also some new problems were added by the service centre which were MMC card was not reading and cell was overheating very much. When I informed them about this they created a new problem log -618504886/090807/23.I also lodged a complaint in Nokia Care call centre, complaint id being 1-7882469808. The person who logded my complaint named Mr. Satish informed me on 26 Aug, 09 that the set is repaired, which was too early and I can collect it on 27th Aug. But when I went to Roop Rang Telecom on 28th Aug, 09 to collect my set, they informed me that they don’t have any information about my cell. They said that they received my complaint on 7th Aug, 09 on RN-55400 and received my set from service centre on 21st Aug, 09 with repaired status but found defective and again sent the complaint on 28th Aug, 09 on RN-61839.Since then, I have been calling up nokia care call centre and roop rang telecom repeteadly but none is replying me satisfactorily that what happened to my phone set. On 2nd Sep, 09 also when I called to nokia call centre, Bangalore, the executive informed me that my phone set is repaired on 27th Aug, 09 but till now there is no information. Then again I called to Roop Rang Telecom, Patna but they didn’t received my phone.
