With due respect it is to inform you that I had purchased a mobile N5610 IMEI NO:-358652014562835 on 15th March 2008. After 2-3 days my handset was Display Blank. Many times I had complained to the Nokia Care and every times they said that they have changed the parts but each time I am having the same problem from March 2008 – Feb 2009. And they told me that if the handset is opened for more than 3 times and if the same problem is repeated again & again they are going to swap my handset with N73. But whenever I received my handset I have to submit it back within 2 days. I hardly used my handset for 30 days. Once I had told one of the Nokia Care employee named Supriyo Halder to use my handset and he too was facing the same problem. And he along with me had a meeting with the Nokia Care Manager ( Ramesh Dhara ). But they are not taking any heed to my problem. After that I had complained many times in the Customer Care (Bangalore) and had a talk with Kunal Soni, Rajdeep, Sashi and Philomena and they asked me not to collect the handset until they swap with N73. In Jan 2009 Bright Point (Head Office) had issued me a second hand N5610 IMEI NO - 358652018660015 warranty period up to 5th April 2009. Nokia Care employee told me that this handset is issued before to the Customer and this handset is not ok, that customer was faced Blank Display problem and the customer returned to us. Then the Nokia Care employee told me that he will check the IMEI NO of the handset and after 2 days he called me up and informed me that it was the same handset with same IMEI NO. That means the Nokia was not changed the handset only they changed the facial of the handset. I request Nokia to issue me a new handset or issue me a handset costing to the value of my handset with the warranty of at least 10 months which I have suffering till now. Nokia Care told me that they send my problem to Delhi because you were suffering this problem from last 1 year. But till now I am not getting any help from Nokia. The Nokia has harassed me a lot from last 1 year.
Consumer Court is my last attempt for help I hope you will consider my problem and solve it as soon as possible. I am sending you all the details (like my email, job sheet and purchase bill) of the Nokia. Please help me.
