Faulty Repair and False Charge

I gave my Nokia N73 ME phone for repair to a Nokia Care in Pune. The key button was not being pressed. This was the only issue and I was charged Rs. 272. After I received my phone I found that there was an another issue created by Nokia Care. The phone lost network quite often. I went back to the Nokia Care and told them about the issue. They said it’s because of a physical damage and I have to pay Rs. 750 to fix it. I paid the money (THIS ISSUE WAS CREATED BY NOKIA CARE, NOT ME, STILL I PAID TO GET MY PHONE FIXED). I got my phone after the SECOND REPAIR and now there is an another problem created by NOKIA CARE. The front camera is not working. I even updated the firmware to the latest version, but to no avail. Now what should I do? I am not going to any Nokia Care as they are just cheating people and making money. My Nokia N73 ME's imei number is 358973014798421.
