KEYPAD (UI MODULE) JOYSTICK BROKEN

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Nokia N82 mobile on Apr from Mobile store. After 2 months, some color patchs appears in the TFT screen. When i take my phone to authorised service centre-Nokia Care, they replaced the screen, instead of replacing the entire handset. When i asked why they not replaced the handset, then they told that "no needed to change the handset". After 2 months from the 1st service, again the keypad (UI module) joystick broken. Again i taken my phone to service centre, they told that Nokia doesn't provides warranty for Keypad. Ok then i agreed for paid service. They told that for changing the keypad, it will cost around 1500/-. From Oct itself iam asking the service centre for changing the keypad. On that time they told some excuse like stock is not yet came, stock will come after 2 weeks. etc, etc. For 8 months iam using the handset without joystick and my warranty period is over. before that iam using a Sony Ericsson handset and used more than 2 yrs. No handset complaints happens. accessories like handsfree- i have change 4 time with full warranty. But Nokia only providing 6 months warranty for accessories. That also very bad. Even spares like keypad, handsfree is not available in market, then why Nokia is manufacturing these types of high-end mobile phones. I request to help me in this regards.
