I have been using Nokia N 95 from last one year. Today I went for its body change at Nokia care, M S Maroo Trading Corporation, Udaipur. They changed the front and back body and keypad for Rs 3350, that was given cash. But for doing this procedure they broked my slider from the screw joint area. Now the front body is not fitting properly. On complaining they told me that the screw was tight and it is company fault. If it is a company fault than the company had to listen to me and replace the mobile or else I have no option left, other than to go to consumer court.
