I have purchased nokia-6275 (cdma) mobile phone 09 march from Reliance world Kukatpally, Hyderabad. since 01st day

I am facing battery problems. same complain i have raised service center also and surrendered this phone 04 times to service center. T ill now problem is same. I want to replace this set to another set.
