Old Broadband Customer Not Entitle avail New Scheme of Low Tariff @ Rs. 250 45

Sir, I well come the New Scheme of BSNL Broad Band at low rates. But due to you decison I am disappointed to larger extent. While putting offer of broadband rate @Rs.250/- p.m. fixed monthly land line charges @ Rs. 49/- you have granted benefit or safeguaring interest of of only New Customers. However you have not made any effort to take into consideration interest of old customers. Since I am availing Land Line Facility since March. Whether its my fault being a old customer. This is inequality or unequal protection of interest. If BSNL thinks that by offering this facility to new connection will increase number of broadband customers then it false. There are chances that Old customer may get disappointed by your conduct & may surrender the land line & take new one. Therefore Sir I hereby request you to grant same benefit to me & like me other customers of bsnl broadbandline. Sir, I am not using landline for dialing calls to larger extent. Please think for it & please reply regarding my suggestion promtly.
