Since last about four months, there is a great problem of getting connectivity as server found busy every time. Even while connected and doing work, connection drops and thereafter, difficult to get connectivity on internet. I have given complaint to the area manager, naranpura exchange but I have been given evasive reply by saying that it is not there job and they do make complaints to concern persons but there is no response. When we are paying full charges to the BSNL, why our problems are not attended to? why we are not getting connectivity for hours together. More particularly between 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
