Tataindicom web hosting

Hi,

I have registered web hosting with Tataindicom. I am unable to use it becoz, while clicking the manage button it ends with an error. i have given complaint in customer service 044-60607070, and the answer from them are irritating me. One of the customer support executive guided me to reset the computer and the modem to resolve this issue. Then i emailed to customer support and finally to the nodal officer, chennai. But till now the problem exists.
