My son working as Senior Software Engineer at London has opened the NRE a/c as above and he has changed his residence from Cranston Close, Slough to Colchester, Essex county and to change the address in the records of your bank while on my recent visit to UK has given me the application duly filled and alongwith his passport copies and one copy of the new house agreement of his new residence at Colchester. On my return back to Madurai two weeks before I have provided all documents to your Tallakulam Branch to forward to ICICI Bank, Mumbai for effecting necessary change and advice to my son to his residence address & to his residence Phone and e mail id. The documents were received by your staff Ms. Pradeepa Rohini and I was informed that it will be forwarded to Mumbai ofice. Today when I called on your Tallakulam Branch & when checked up it was found that no change has effected so far.
Whether concerned at ICICI, Mumbai will look into and do needful and change and communicate to both my son Kumaran Nagarajan and myself to my mail id. For needful.
