PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL

Respected Sir/Madam

My Name is ARCHNA DEVEE .I applied for pancard on december 2nd 2011 My Acknowledgement No. 060880100936675 and Permanent Account Number (PAN) is: ARMPD3951E. My PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL (according to nsdl) due to wrong address. The same has been re-dispatched by speed post on 28-Dec at the address for communication*.Can i pick up my pancard directly from speed post center near by my home at kanpur. Bcoz i dont know why those guys said my address is not found.
