Dear Sir/Madam,
My last employer, Omnia Bpo Services (4th floor vishal tower distt centre janak puri New Delhi) had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner at nehru place office skylark building. On 6th of january I submitted the P F form but still i did not got my P.F The company's PF Code No. is "DL-/30996/02158".
This is and I'm yet to not receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out of Jodhpur Rajasthan, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Nehru Place office.
