The dust collector of the machine is required to be replaced. The washing machine is also not cleaning the clothes properly. As such, the service of the machine is to be done. The same was complained on 20.8.09 at mail id [email protected] and at Ph. No.0180-4006498 (Panipat, Haryana) but even after assurances, the complaint is still pending.
Kindly attend it on priority and ask the service engineer to come with the dust collector.
