Sir,
my tv part ws taken for repair by onida service on 17th september and returned after a long period of continuious reminding by 28th. however the problem was not solved, so the second time the the tv part was taken for repair on the 3rd october and till now it has not been returned, despite being promised to be returned on saturday (3rd oct) evening itself. The payment for the repair has already been made and reaching out to them has become extremely difficult.
