Have bought ONIDA Split A/C, for Server Room in GMD Services India Limited. Stopped working two times within 10 months span and got problems in Whole net work due to A/C. Customer Care Dept. is also not responding. I have requested them considering the seriousness of the problem but still not responding to the complain.Is there any way to have justice for either replacement or loss to the company on account of it.
Really we got tired, The agency through which we bought, he is also not responding and telling us we are not responsible for attending any complain reg. AC . Company will only handle the matter.
Please advise to resolve it
