We bought an onida 29 inch oxygen tv 3 years back and recently it started showing those rainbow patches out of no reason and after 2 days when the service personnel was contacted he came over and gave us a report that the picture tube has gone. A picture tube replacement will cost us more than half of the buying price of the tv. so we decided to go for a new one BUT NOT ONIDA THIS TIME FOR SURE. Are your products designed to become out of order just after the warranty period? is there anything the company can do about the issue? I know the most probable answer will be no and know that the company is not responsible for problems after the warranty period. Anyways it took us about 17k but only three years to know the dependability of your products and the company's credibility.
