This in regards to the Onida semi-automatic washing machine I had purchased over 2 years back, currently we had a problem with drier. We contacted the service showroom(Ph# 66833000) in the first week of July and raised compliant # 716380183/716380205, within one week’s time an technician had come over checked and mentioned that the motor needs to be replaced it would take a week’s time.
We have been following up with service showroom and the technician from July 15th. As none of they gave a satisfactory answer, we wanted to escalate the matter to the next level. We were given the contact details of managers: Ms Soumya (Cell # 9966013413) and Mr. Sharath (9885579039). Mr. Sharath being a manager was rude and incautious, he stated that we will look into the matter and revert back in a month’s time. As we cannot get the original spare part elsewhere we had to get back to the service showroom and ask them if they could expedite the process.
As on August 8th they sent another executive stating that the person who checked the washing machine earlier quit so they don’t have the status and this time he stated that it would be replaced by 12th. When we contacted the showroom, we have received umpteen reasons like compliant # was closed, the motor has to be ordered from factory, technician is on leave.
It’s been two months; still the issue is not yet fixed. I am writing so that they look into this matter and fix the issue. We are facing a lot of problem because we cannot use the drier during the rainy season.
