I have booked four ticket through KSRTC Online booking Rajahamsa cell, but the transaction got failed one times and my money got deducted from Debit card of Rs.1243.. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB5426359 Date of booking is 05/02. But whenever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 7 days completed my amount not yet refunded. My ksrtc login id is raspysankar2810. Please help me to get refund amount to my account.
