Would like to bring into notice I have invested my hard earned entire life’s money in the SATTYA VIHAR project, ORICON ENGINEERS PVT. LTD., H.O.: 148, OPPOSITE OF KALINGA STADIUM, MADHUSUDAN NAGAR, NEAR NEW A.G. COLONY, NAYAPALLY, BHUBANESWAR - 751001, 0674-2541455, 0674-6541794, ORISSA through Mr. DAITARY MOHANTY- Partner cum Executive Companion of Oricon Engineer Pvt. Ltd. He (Mr. DAITARY MOHANTY) had promised with us Land possession would be given just within a week once Registration Paper comes out from the Land Registered Office. [Promised date of possession was March- 2008]. It has been almost 2 years, the project hasn’t started. There is no progress on site since past 2 years, also I have sent out by register post 3 letters for my land possession, even though they never consider my request nor response at all. I would like to share this with everyone and request people to be aware of frauds like ORICON ENGG. PVT. LTD., who will give you all wrong information.
When we contacted them in spite of everyday personal reminders, they simply Give big hope next week/next Sunday/next month now, they don’t even respond to Telephone call/ignoring & kicking us from their office premises etc. Even most oricon Companions like M.D.(B. Behera, Ashique, Prasana, Daitary & other staffs are very CUNNING, ARROGANT AND BAD in behave. I am loosing my hard earned money. I even wanted to go into police station to file, but due to bad beurocracy I haven’t opted this way. Till today I am facing their crisis. I would request if someone can guide me how to get my Register land possession with clean demarcation.
