I have given my house reconstruct work to one of my friensd frineds . i have made full paymnet but some work are still pending. Hwe said he will give me money of incomplete work. Now he neither given money nor giving work complete. Kindly advice which is rightr way to handle. Provide the some contact details where we go and ask the help
