Well..I wonder how there is a firm which is been running for quite 13 years, Well. this organization has a dumb product, and this organization is some thing which doesnt have a proper management. Well. there is only one fella who rules the whole of the organization. The employees are treated so badly in that organization. The organization on its websites mentions that it has branches all over the globe, say japan, US, UK and so on. but i am sorry to say that i doesnt have anything of that sort. They also mention they have other branch offices, Well. the only asset of this organization is that it only has a single office and the way of showing its customers is literally unethical. The policies which are framed are notorious. The employee is at first said that he wouldbe paid a salary of 10 k. but at the pay day he gets paid 3 k. This is the exact scenario of this corporate. No policies, No HUman resource professional, A lot of problems for those who work with it and for those who buy those products. I would strongly advice youngsters not to fall inthe pit, Do not work for him HE is the worst of all employer people have seen.
