We purchased a Panasonic 32'' LCD Television just 1 yr. 6 months back. It was around Rs. 50, 000. I believe that is a quite good amount of money which we spent.
Three weeks back suddenly the pictures became blurr. When we spoke to them regarding this problem they are asking Rs.30, 000 for repairing. Since we bought it just 1 yr 6 months back we requested them for some rethinking on this matter..They said Yes, it is true that they have encountered with the problem for the first time ane it is the fault in the product but they can give us only 10% off from the repair charge which is 30, 000.
Now my question is why should we pay 30, 000 for repairing for a product which is deffective?
Do we expect such kind of product from Panasonic... Friends before going for a Panasonic product please think twice about the quality..
