I HAD PURCHASED A 29 INCH COLOR TV FROM A PANASONIC DEALER IN NEW DELHI ON 14/9 AND AFTER 3 MONTHS THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY, AFTER 2 MONTHS OF GETTING THE PROBLEM THE SERVICE CENTER REPLACED THE TV BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM, AFTER 15 DAYS OF REPLACEMENT THE NEW TV SET AGAIN HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE SERVICE CENTER IS AGAIN UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.
IN SPITE OF CONTACTING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT THEY ARE NEITHER CORRECTING THE PROBLEM NOR REPLACING THE TV, THE TV IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD AND I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS WITH ME.
