PAN Card No. AAPA 5685K in the name of Mrs. Jancy Antony (Application No.024837354) was despatched from the UTI PAN Service Office on 12/06, but not delivered to me till now. When I contacted PAN Service Centre, 3rd Floor, DD Food Court Bldg, M.G.Road, Cochin -35 they were not ready to give more information about the case and told to submit one more application without putting any effort to find out what had happened actually.
